Senior UI/UX Designer

SaM Solutions is an international IT services and software solutions provider with 30 years of experience. Our geographical presence includes the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.

SaM Solutions is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer for a prospective B2B project to develop user-friendly, functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. In this role, it is important not only to create a visually appealing design, but also to provide a high level of user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing user interfaces.
• Creating clickable and animated prototypes.
• Working closely with business analysts and the development team.
• Optimising user scenarios and improving the usability of our products.
• UX audit of existing interfaces and finding solutions to improve conversion and user satisfaction.
• Conducting competitive analyses and identifying best practices.
• Supporting projects at all stages of development.
• Maintaining and developing the design system.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3 years or more in a UX/UI designer position.
• Strong portfolio with real projects.
• Strong knowledge of UX design theory and principles.
• Understanding of typography principles.
• Proficiency in Figma (autolayouts, variables, prototyping, etc.).
• Graphic design skills (ability to draw a simple illustration or icon).
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Calmly accept constructive criticism.
• Creativity and attention to detail.

Will be an advantage:

• Conversational English
• Proficiency in other Adobe programmes (XD, After effects, etc.).
• Proficiency in any 3D package (C4D, Blender, etc.).
• Experience with e-commerce projects.
• Experience with design systems.
