The recruiting agency Brightman invites a Project Coordinator to join the team.
The customer is an international IT company specializing in software development, mobile applications, and web development for various industries. The company offers a wide range of services, including custom software development, IT consulting, project management, DevOps, support, and maintenance.
With offices in the USA, Europe, and the UK, the customer has established itself as a reliable technology partner on a global scale. The company collaborates with clients from diverse sectors such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, media and entertainment, telecommunications, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating resource allocation across projects, working with CRM and ERP systems.
- Maintaining the demands of projects up to date.
- Monitoring and updating information in 1C.
- Creating tickets in the ticketing system to prepare candidates.
- Familiarizing, managing, and preparing candidates before interviews.
- Preparing and updating materials for project onboarding (preparing employees for client/team interviews).
- Organizing and overseeing the quality of project onboarding (preparation statistics, interview success training).
- Gathering feedback on each team member monthly/quarterly.
- Planning team members' vacations and coordinating with all responsible parties.
- Exploring new growth opportunities for the account.
- Project risk monitoring and generating Risk of Leaving reports.
- Compiling monthly reports on the team's billable hours and synchronizing with 1C for invoicing purposes.
- Collecting weekly worked hours in the developer chat, timely input into the customer's Worklog and time tracking.
- Creating tasks in Jira for new developers on the project, monitoring work time tracking, and project information completion.
- Providing consultative support to developers for arising questions.
- Executing tasks assigned by DM.
- Collaborating with sales managers, client stakeholders, and internal leadership for account/project control and development.
- Supporting and updating information in the Jira/Confluence project.
Requirements:
- Experience in management/sales for 1+ year.
- Understanding of customer interaction models (Staff augmentation, Dedicated team).
- Basic understanding of technical aspects.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of Agile principles.
- Systems thinking, ability to find common language with colleagues and partners as well as with clients.
- Ability to work multitasking, stress tolerance.
- Understanding of the principles of working with Jira, Confluence.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
