Human Lab is looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join the client’s team. Our client is crypto advertising network, based in Tallinn, Estonia.

Responsibilities:
- Develop UI/UX design for the website.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer needs to create intuitive interfaces.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Optimize user flows and interactions for better usability and engagement.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Capable of working independently, taking responsibility for tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset: ability to assess design effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Nice to have:
- Experience in advertising and marketing agencies.
- Willingness to develop internal graphic materials (presentations, visuals for social networks and other branding elements).
Selection Process:
- 2 stages of interview and completion of a test assignment. We provide detailed feedback on all test assignments. Additionally, we do not use your test work in any of our projects—it’s purely for evaluation purposes.
