ZephyrMobile

You’ll be joining the ZephyrMobile team, which originally was formed in 2016 and has been part of Tripledot since May 2024.

The studio has achieved impressive success in the mobile puzzle games genre. Over 100 million people have installed games developed by the Zephyr team.

Zephyr is famous for its creative and inclusive atmosphere, where every member of the team can contribute ideas and suggestions towards game development.

The largest games produced by ZephyrMobile: Get Color, Nut Sort, Hey Color, Math Crossword.

• Planning and task management of the motion design team: setting tasks, updating statuses, monitoring the design and execution process;
• Participating in team planning;
• Conducting 1 on 1 meetings with team members. Discussing personal and professional growth, development and getting feedback from employees;
• Solving organisational and managerial issues and tasks for the team;
• Maintaining departmental documentation;
• Conducting market research on the creative creation market.

• 1 year experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• English and Russian spoken and written at B2 level and above;
• Attentiveness and thoroughness in work;
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Ability to motivate staff and good communication skills;
• Time management skills;
• It will be a big plus if previous work is related to art or marketing departments.
