Here, at Keydev, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team!

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and remotely.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including making job offers and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (IT Recruiter).
- English level - B1.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Understanding of the tech industry and its talent landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
