BLD Soft is looking for Technical Support Engineer to work in the office on a shift schedule with night shifts on own line of products for IPTV/OTT .
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a support engineer.
- Basic Linux administration skills (Ubuntu Server).
- Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (logs).
- A2+ English level.
Responsibilities:
- Service monitoring and management.
