We are looking for a Support Specialist L2 for the IT company that develops and provides full support for custom software, websites and mobile applications, providing a wide range of services.
Responsibilities:

Consulting partners in internal channels.

Debugging / integration of API.
-
Troubleshooting technical bugs.
-
Product performance monitoring via tools (Grafana, Kibana).
-
Handling problem/bug reports.
-
Keeping our internal knowledge base up to date.
-
Incident reporting.
What experience and knowledge the candidate needs:
-
English level from B2. Excellent spoken and written skills is a must;
-
Minimal 1 years of experience on a similar position;
-
Web-based applications support experience;
-
Knowledge of MS Exchange, MS Office365 and MS Outlook;
-
Experience with Jira and Confluence;
-
Experience with application logs investigation and interpretation(Kibana, Grafana);
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field;
Would be an advantage:
-
Cloud services support experience;
-
Understanding of CRM / ERP / Business applications;
-
Experience in technical documents writing;
-
Familiar with XML and JSON data formats, REST architecture;
-
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL;
-
Experience with Postman.

Directly collaborate and integrate with the technology partners and customers;
-
Communicate internally with project management, development, QA and CSM teams;
-
Report bugs and improvements into product;
-
Expand company’s support knowledge base;
Shifts: day/night 2/2 12hrs.
