Business Analyst (Middle)

PixelPlex is the leading software and product development company founded in 2007.

We started building blockchain solutions in 2013 and currently over 90% of our projects are blockchain-related. We also specialize in AI, IoT, Web, Mobile and AR/VR, serving Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller entities and innovative startups.

We are currently looking for an Business Analyst.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design/discovery phases, eliciting requirements, analysis into the current state of systems/business processes, solution design/analysis, help drive client and team towards defining requirements and conceptual solution, summarize and present results;

• Work closely with business users, delivery, and development team in arriving at appropriate solutions to meet business needs;

• Writing SRS, Epics, User stories and acceptance criteria, process definition, systems mapping.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1,5+ years in a Business Analyst role;

• Work experience as BA in outsourcing IT with foreign clients from US, Europe, Asia;

• Fluent English is a must (upper intermediate and above);

• Strong communication skills, ability to discuss processes with client;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-Tasking abilities;

• Good in technical documentation understanding and developing stories collaborating with different stakeholders;

• Strong abilities in visual modeling of requirements, processes and architecture;

• Able to clear explain the requirements to developers and testers and make sure that developers and testers have understood them;

• Mandatory knowledge of API design and implementation (REST API, OpenAPI);

• Experience in Web3, Blockchain projects is nice to have.
