Senior AI/ML Engineer

We are actively growing and invite AI/ML Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Building an AI solution architecture;
- Building tools for testing, preparing analytics on the operation of models;
- Building tools for training/fine-tuning models by users;
- Integration of AI solutions with custom development solutions;
- Collecting and preparing data for training models in enterprise environments;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of building AI solutions: technical and business metrics;
- Providing technical feasibility analysis and reports, technical estimations;

Qualifications:
- Experience in building business process optimization systems in enterprise;
- Experience with different AI technologies, such as LLM, NLP, OCR/CV, Scoring based on open-source solutions;
- Active ML Ops skills (deploying infrastructure to work with AI tools, hardware resource management optimization, scalability);
- Experience in training/mentoring ML engineers, building a training program;
- Understanding the AI landscape;
- SDLC design and implementation (AI).
