Senior Finance Manager

• Prepares consolidated financial statements for the Group, ensuring compliance with Group policies and using IFRS and/or US GAAP standards.

• Presents financial reports to stakeholders and senior management, including KPIs, cash flow analysis and profitability metrics.

• Develops and monitors annual budgets and forecasts and participates in operational planning.

• Analyzes financial performance, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to the CFO and senior leadership.

• Leads cost optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.

• Works with regional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting that meets local requirements.

• Participates in the implementation of financial management tools (e.g. ERP systems) to streamline group operations.

• Mentor and foster collaboration within finance teams to ensure alignment with Group objectives.

• Experience: 7+ years of financial management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a multinational environment. Experience in the IT services industry is a plus.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

• DipIFR certificate, ACCA and other related certificates are a plus.

• Knowledge of performance and financial management, local accounting standards and IFRS and/or US GAAP.

• Financial modeling and forecasting expertise.

• Strong leadership and cross-border team management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to financial operations.

• Fluent Russian and Upper-intermediate English.

• Experience in audit, due diligence and consulting in international companies is a plus.

• ACCA and similar certificates is a plus.
