We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably in agency or startup environments. You’ll be in charge of growing our online presence, generating qualified leads, and supporting our outbound efforts with smart, creative marketing strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy (organic + paid)

Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

Create and run cold email campaigns (strategy, copy, A/B testing)

Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta

Execute cold outreach strategies on LinkedIn to support sales

Monitor Google Analytics, report performance, and improve conversion rates

Drive organic traffic via SEO and strategic content

Design and create visual content (social posts, decks, ads, etc.)

Collaborate with our sales and leadership team to align marketing with business goals
✅ What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in marketing (preferably in B2B, agency, or startup environments)

Fluent English (C1+ level, spoken and written)

Strong understanding of the U.S. market

Hands-on experience with cold outreach, lead gen, and email marketing

Comfortable with tools like LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Canva/Figma

Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
-
Excellent design skills and an eye for visual storytelling
