Today, we're searching for a talented individual - Sales Manager, to join our team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in driving our business growth and sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and cross-sell company products and services.
- Maintain and update customer information in our database.
- Assist the team and manager with ad hoc sales projects as required.
- Provide high-end customer service for new and potential customers and partners.
- Act as the primary sales contact for various client types and consult with customers remotely.
- Conduct professional telephone/Skype/email conversations to identify customer needs.
- Generate new sales/business leads, develop commercial proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to customers, sending out commercial offers, and following up.
- Aid in writing marketing materials, advertisements, and informing customers about any special offers and new products or services offered by the company.
- Report sales performance results and achievements weekly.
- Make recommendations based on interactions with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background, a Master's degree or MBA will be an advantage.
- Very good English language skills (knowledge of Spanish, German, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, and other languages will be considered an advantage).
- At least 2 years of successful work experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word) skills.
- Preferably, if you have experience working in banks, PSPs, forex, binary, eCommerce, or IT.
- Motivation and interest in building a successful career in the sales area.
- You must be an energetic and customer-oriented personality, a strong team player who can work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Good presentation, argumentation, and communication skills.
