We’re looking for a detail-driven and reliable SEO Specialist to join our international Digital Experience Team, which operates under the Growth Marketing department.
In this role, you’ll help scale and optimize organic visibility across global and regional markets — especially for our core service areas in the B2B software development space. You’ll work under the guidance of our SEO Team Lead and collaborate with senior team members across the Digital Experience group, including those focused on regional strategy, content, and performance.
What You’ll Do
- conduct keyword research and build semantic clusters based on business priorities and search intent;
- optimize meta tags, page structure, internal links, and on-page content across service and blog assets;
- support regular technical SEO audits in collaboration with developers and web analysts;
- monitor and maintain high SEO health scores via Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console;
- assist in refining internal website structure and navigation, including interlinking logic and content groups planning;
- contribute to internal SEO documentation and best practice guides (e.g., internal linking, snippets, URL naming conventions);
- track SEO performance and provide brief regular status updates within the team;
- provide SEO inputs for content writers during page revamps and new content creation;
- support link acquisition initiatives: internal campaigns and outreach assistance;
- participate in competitor analysis and help prepare strategy input for SEO planning and optimization.
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years in SEO (agency or in-house), preferably in B2B, SaaS, or services;
-
familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and basic web technologies;
-
strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: content optimization, internal linking, indexing, and website structure;
-
comfortable working with clear briefs and regular reporting expectations;
-
team-oriented mindset — able to follow leadership, accept feedback, and collaborate constructively;
-
English proficiency (written and verbal) for internal collaboration and documentation;
-
bonus: experience with multilingual SEO or regional campaigns (US, UK, Europe), and familiarity with lead generation goals.
Team & Culture
You’ll be part of the SEO team, led by the SEO Team Lead and embedded within the Digital Experience Group, headed by the Director of Digital Experience. This group also includes online reputation, paid advertising, and partnerships — all functioning within our Growth Marketing division.
The SEO team works with shared accountability and alignment. You’ll be mentored and supported by senior SEO team members, and priorities will be clearly communicated and updated regularly.
We believe in structured execution, async-first communication, and a healthy work culture with minimal noise.
What We Offer
-
a structured SEO role with clear mentorship and team processes;
-
hybrid setup with flexible remote work. While much of the work is async and remote, we value regular in-person collaboration at the office to support communication and team alignment;
-
collaboration with experienced professionals across SEO, content, design, development, and analytics;
-
competitive compensation, reviews, and opportunities for performance-based growth;
-
tangible impact on organic performance across high-intent traffic segments in B2B tech.
