About the Project:

Join our team to build and maintain an advanced Ads solution for a major streaming platform. The project leverages a modern microservices architecture, deployed on Kubernetes and using a variety of AWS services, Google Cloud, Kafka, Redis and more.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services in Node.js and TypeScript
• Design efficient data models and write complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL
• Build and maintain background jobs and asynchronous processing workflows
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in technical discussions, design sessions, and code reviews
• Contribute to system scalability, performance, and reliability improvements
• Collaborate with the team to integrate external systems and APIs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL (data modeling, complex queries, indexing, optimization)
• Experience with Docker for local development and deployments
• Familiarity with background job processing (e.g., using queues like Kafka)
• Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React or similar)
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and microservices is a plus
• English: Intermediate+ for team communication
