Tech Lead (Full-Stack / Startup-Savvy / AI-Driven)

Who You Are

You’ve built things that broke, fixed them, and kept going. You’ve worked in startups where no one handed you a playbook—you wrote your own. You want to invent, not just code. You care about the why, and you’re relentless about the how.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and shape the product architecture and tech strategy

• Work across the full stack (Frontend, Backend, DevOps)

• Own delivery and code quality (well-tested, documented, scalable)

• Bring chaos into clarity — organize processes without losing speed

• Build internal tools, MVPs, or client-facing apps depending on project

• Collaborate with designers (Figma or similar tools)

• Hire freelancers to the project

• Integrate or experiment with AI where it makes sense

• Stay hands-on, but know when and what to delegate

What We’re Looking For

-English at least C1

• 5+ years in full-stack development (React, Node.js, Python, or similar)

• Proven experience shipping complex products in tech startups

• Comfort working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

• Experience with Figma or other modern design handoff tools

• Knowledge of AI/ML integration (or excited to get deeper)

• Tenacity to get things done, no matter what

• High code quality standards — well-tested, documented, and built to scale

• Important: Past team lead / CTO experience, or launched own products
