Senior Marketing Manager

We also specialize in AI, IoT, Web, Mobile and AR/VR, serving Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller entities and innovative startups.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team who is a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing innovation!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that is not just aligned with, but pivotal to achieving business objectives. Focus on scalable and replicable marketing tactics that drive measurable growth;

• Establish, oversee, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns. Use key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts rigorously;

• Analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities and trends in the blockchain and IT industry;

• Manage the marketing budget with a focus on investing in high-return initiatives. Allocate funds for controlled experiments to test new growth tactics.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years in marketing, with a solid record of implementing successful growth-focused strategies in the IT industry;

• Deep knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media;

• Experience leading marketing teams with a focus on fostering a test-and-learn culture to drive results;

• High level of strategic thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;

• Strong capability in idea generation, open to experimenting with new and unconventional marketing tactics;

• Desire to work in a dynamic and innovative blockchain technology environment.
