We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven People Analyst to join our dynamic People Science & Analytics team.

Responsibilities
- Analyze people-related data across key stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, compensation, motivation, and related areas
- Contribute to the development of data-driven approaches and frameworks in these areas
- Interpret data, identify patterns, extract insights, and provide actionable recommendations to decision-makers
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests on people topics from stakeholders across the organization
- Handle sensitive and confidential data with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment
- Collaborate with teams across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance, consulting (incl. ex-Big 4), reporting, HR analytics, or related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; with the ability to challenge assumptions and see beyond the obvious
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query)
- Ability to structure open-ended tasks, explore different angles and take initiative in proposing solutions
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership of data quality
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
- English — B2 level
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools for automated reporting and dashboards
- Knowledge of VBA, SQL, R programming languages
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
