After the success of our VPN Lumos project (Top 5 VPN apps on the App Store and Google Play), we are launching a new product — Toggle.
Its mission is to make digital technologies and online security simple and accessible, while also providing users with modern tools to protect themselves on the internet.

Our first commercial product — Toggle VPN — is already available on Android, and by the end of the year we are planning a large-scale rollout across all major platforms: iOS, macOS, Windows, Apple TV, Android TV, and more.

Toggle Partners is our partner program focused on building and promoting products in the digital privacy space — starting with our core VPN and expanding soon with Adblock and eSIM.

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help scale our partner network by sourcing and nurturing new partners, building trust-driven relationships, and turning cold leads into long-term collaborations.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)


What You'll Do:

  • identifying and onboarding new partners (affiliate networks, traffic sources, agencies, media buyers, arbitrage specialists, content site owners, content creators, bloggers) for Toggle Partners;

  • conducting cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, forums, professional communities, and industry events;

  • nurturing leads and converting them into registrations and active partnerships.

  • maintaining lead and deal pipelines in the CRM;

  • tracking the performance of acquisition channels and testing new outreach approaches;

  • supporting initial communications with partners before handing them off to account management.

What We Expect from You:

Hard skills

  • 1+ years of experience in outreach, affiliate marketing, sales, or business development;

  • strong English proficiency (B2+), including daily written communication and calls with international partners;

  • experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar);

  • proficiency with tools for lead sourcing, enrichment, and outreach — Apollo, Lemlist, Snov.io, Sales Navigator, RocketReach, or similar;

  • strong business communication skills, both written and verbal.

Soft skills

  • high energy and persistence in communication;

  • the ability to spark interest and get others excited about an idea;

  • strong relationship-building and negotiation skills;

  • great organization and a structured approach to managing your pipeline;

  • a strong drive for results and a data-driven mindset.
