Your key task will be to swiftly and effectively bring excellent candidates to us, thereby aiding the company's scaling. You will be handling 3-5 vacancies simultaneously. It’s never boring!

• Dive into the vacancy profile
• Understand the type of person we need (not only tech skills but also soft skills and past experience)
• Determine where to find such people
• Conduct extensive sourcing, which sometimes resembles routine work
• Don’t be afraid to contact “cold” candidates and “sell” the vacancy
• Maintain a meticulous resume database
• Participate in team calls to stay updated and absorb new knowledge

• Have at least 6 months of successful recruitment experience or completed courses in this field
• Know what Boolean search and X-ray are
• Confidently use any technological innovations
• Have English proficiency at the B1 level or higher
• Are diligent and quick-thinking
• Love people and aim for win-win solutions
