Senior Network Engineer

Nauchsoft is an IT consulting and software development company with 36 years of experience and a team of 770+ professionals and continuing to grow.

We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer to join our team for a Cyber Security project.

Who understands telecommunication networks (wide range) and at the same time can program and work on setups and demos, rather than just configuring or maintaining existing production networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement networking features across multiple general-purpose and embedded platforms.

• Compile and port networking modules across different build systems.

• Design and prototype networking functionality using communication protocols at the OSI layer (MAC, IP, TCP/UDP).

• Implement dynamic routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, MANET).

• Develop seamless handover mechanisms between networks.

• Prepare and execute experimental demonstrations using 3GPP protocols.

• Explore and contribute to AI-based networking functionalities.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience in network systems or communication software development.

• English proficiency: B2 or higher (spoken & written).

• Analytical mindset, engineering approach to problem solving, proactive attitude.

• Open to relocation to Abu Dhabi.

Technical Stack & Skills

• Telecommunications or computer science educational background (BSc/MSc).

• Comprehensive understanding of communication protocols.

• Comprehensive understanding of communication networks.

• Programming background in C/C++, Python.
