Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager / Business Development Manager responsible for driving client acquisition, expanding the existing client base, and identifying new business opportunities across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Searching for the potential clients;

Drive growth of the existing client base and support business expansion;

Set goals and monitor the performance of lead generation activities;

identify new opportunities, methods, and approaches for lead generation;

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, understanding their specific needs and business;

Prepare reports on conducted campaigns, activities, and implemented solutions;

Analyze new markets and emerging industries to identify business opportunities;

Work with the internal CRM system to manage and track client interactions and pipeline;

Demonstrate strong motivation for continuous personal and professional growth together with the team.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Understanding of B2B sales processes in IT / software development

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

Strong business acumen and adaptability across industries

Experience working with CRM systems

English level: B2+ (Upper-Intermediate or higher)

Experience in the iGaming industry will be good

Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Location: Belarus
