Business Development / Recruitment Intern

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in one of two areas: Business Development or Recruitment.

The internship lasts one month, four hours per day. During this time, you will work on real tasks, learn how the team operates, and have an opportunity to identify the direction that best matches your strengths.

Successful interns may receive a full-time offer in the relevant team.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the direction, you will:

Research companies, markets, potential clients, candidates, and IT specialists;
Find relevant contacts and profiles using LinkedIn and other platforms;
Support Business Development or Recruitment activities, including research, outreach, sourcing, and follow-ups;
Work with CRM, databases, and internal tracking tools;
Participate in team meetings and support day-to-day team activities.

What We’re Looking For

Upper-Intermediate or higher English;
Strong research and communication skills;
Ability to find, structure, and analyse information;
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
Attention to detail and responsibility.
