Senior Network Engineer

Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 37 years and continue growing.

We are looking for a Network Engineer with solid networking expertise and hands-on experience with Microsoft and Open Source environments to join our team.
The role involves supporting and managing distributed network infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and resolving network-related incidents for the company and its customers.

This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer or Network Security Engineer.
• CCNP-level knowledge in Routing & Switching.
• Strong understanding of network architecture (HLD/LLD), including firewalls, VPNs, and L4-L7 load balancers. Practical experience with enterprise solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Ethernet networking technologies: STP, VLAN, Link Aggregation , HSRP(VRRP), NAT.
• Routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, IS-IS, BGP, MP-BGP, DMVPN.
• Network Security: ACL, IPsec, SSL VPN, 802.1X.
• Experience with vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet.
• Windows domain services understanding.
• English - intermediate (B1+).

• Knowledge of automation tools (Ansible, Python, PowerShell, bash, HCL).
• Experience with networking in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP): VPC, VPN, Load Balancing, CDN, TGW etc.
• Experience with provider-grade technologies (MPLS, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, SR).
• Data Center technologies: VXLAN, VXLAN EVPN, M-LAG, MPBGP, OTV. Practical experience with datacenter solutions.
• Experience or knowledge of SDN solutions (SD-WAN, SD-LAN, Cisco ACI) would be a big plus.
• Experience with Cisco ISE would be a big plus.
• VoIP services knowledge.
• Virtualization solutions experience VMware ESX/ESXi (VMware vSphere, vCloud, HyperV).
• Experience with Check Point, Palo Alto, F5, HPE/Aruba.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear technical writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
