Andersen is hiring a MarTech / Marketing Analyst to optimize marketing analytics, tracking, reporting, and data-driven campaign performance across digital channels.

Responsibilities:
- Setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting tracking through Google Tag Manager.
- Configuring and managing GA4 events, conversions, audiences, and e-commerce tracking.
- Setup Consent Mode v2 from scratch and audit the existing implementation.
- Working with dataLayer implementation and providing technical requirements to developers when needed.
- Auditing analytics setups and identifying tracking issues, missing data, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
- Validating data across GA4, advertising platforms, CRM, and internal systems.
- Working with GA4 data in BigQuery and performing data analysis using SQL.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Analyzing marketing performance across different channels and identifying trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Supporting PPC and marketing teams with attribution, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement.
- Creating clear reports and providing actionable insights based on marketing data.
- Supporting implementation of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Ads conversion tracking, and other marketing tags.
- Participating in analytics architecture planning for new websites, campaigns, products, and markets.
Must-haves:
- Hands-on experience with GTM (web and server-side), GA4, and Google Search Console for 3+ years.
- Experience preparing technical specs for developers (dataLayer schema).
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting e-commerce tracking.
- Solid understanding of UTM tracking, attribution, traffic sources, and conversion tracking.
- Experience conducting analytics/tracking audits.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Strong grasp of marketing metrics: CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, AOV, LTV.
- Ability to translate data into business & marketing recommendations.
- Strong attention to details and ability to spot data inconsistencies.
- Hands-on Consent Mode v2 implementation experience with a CMP (CookieYes, Cookiebot, Complianz, etc.).
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- BigQuery experience.
- Experience with Firebase.
- Experience with AppsFlyer, Adjust, or another mobile measurement platform.
- Experience with Meta Conversion API.
- Experience working with CRM/CDP data.
- Experience working with marketing APIs.
- Basic Python knowledge.
