Financial controller/ Business partner

At iTechArt, we’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to support our Marketing function, with the role expanding to Delivery over time. You’ll work closely with budget owners and the leadership team, turning financial and operational data into decisions that improve growth, efficiency, and profitability.

What will you be responsible for:

• Partner with Marketing leaders and budget owners, challenge assumptions, and support decisions with clear financial insight.
• Work with the leadership team on short- and long-term financial and strategic plans.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across markets and channels, covering revenue, costs, profit, leads, opportunities, accounts, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and ROI.
• Evaluate marketing activities, measure their efficiency, and report on marketing performance.
• Analyse actuals against plan, explain variances, and identify areas for improvement.
• Present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the monthly FP&A close for your areas of responsibility, including work in SAP.
• Develop and assess business cases.
• Extend your business partnering scope to the Delivery function as the role evolves.

What skills should you have:

• English language (Upper Intermediate)
• Experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or finance business partnering.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Confidence working with both financial results and marketing performance metrics.
• The ability to communicate with senior stakeholders, ask constructive questions, and guide budget owners.
• Experience with business case methodology and SAP
