Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze and document business requirements through discovery workshops;

Analyze business processes and perform Fit/Gap analysis;
-
Advise clients on Odoo best practices, standard functionality and appropriate solutions;
-
Configure Odoo and conduct functional product demonstrations;
-
Translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria;
-
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and validate solutions;
-
Understand dependencies and integration points between Odoo modules;
-
Identify functional risks, issues and dependencies.
Testing & Go-Live Readiness:
-
Take end-to-end ownership of the testing workstream;
-
Define and maintain Test Plans, schedules and testing processes;
-
Coordinate SIT/UAT across Sales, Finance, Logistics and other business areas;
-
Coordinate consultants, developers, testers and client key users during testing;
-
Manage test cycles, coverage, defects, retesting and progress tracking;
-
Ensure readiness of functionality, data and integrations for testing;
-
Identify and escalate testing-related risks, gaps and dependencies;
-
Assess process readiness and contribute to Go-Live readiness reporting;
-
Work with the Project Manager to align testing activities with the overall project plan and critical path.
Stakeholder Management:
-
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams;

Communicate clearly with clients, key users, developers and project management;

Proactively raise risks, issues and dependencies and support informed decision-making.

Experience as an Odoo Consultant on implementation and/or support projects;
-
Strong understanding of Odoo and business processes;
-
Experience with requirements gathering, Fit/Gap analysis and functional configuration;

Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria;

Hands-on Odoo configuration experience;
-
Experience working closely with developers and technical teams;

Experience coordinating SIT/UAT or ERP testing activities;

Understanding of test planning, defect management and retesting;
-
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills;
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
-
English — B2 or higher.

Experience with Odoo Accounting / Finance;
-
Experience with Go-Live planning and readiness assessment;
-
Experience with Odoo integrations or third-party systems;
-
Experience with Jira or similar project/defect tracking tools;
-
Experience with large or multi-workstream ERP implementations.

Experience with Odoo upgrades or migrations.
