Junior/Trainee Lead Generation Specialist

CompleteSoft is looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist. We are like-minded people passionate about creating products for various areas of life.
We specialize in outsourced software development.

It’s possible to start the workday after 14:00 and combine the job with university studies.

Responsibilities:

Lead Sourcing & Outreach

• Research and identify potential B2B leads through LinkedIn, email and other tools.
• Launch and manage multi-channel outreach.
• Create personalized multi-touch sequences for different personas based on industry, role, and pain points.
• Qualify leads and convert them into meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain CRM pipelines, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the Head of the Lead Generation team on messaging and outreach strategy.

Reporting & Collaboration

• Provide regular updates on lead quality, progress, and conversions.
• Collect feedback from prospects to improve positioning and campaigns.

Requirements:

• 6 months of experience in IT B2B lead generation (entry-level candidates are also welcome).
• Strong English (B2+).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of multi-touch outreach strategies (LinkedIn + email + follow-ups) is a plus.
• CRM discipline (HubSpot).
• Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers.
• Understanding of IT services, outsourcing, or custom software development is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with the European and US markets.
• Proficiency in German or other foreign languages is considered an advantage.
