Currently, we’re looking for a QA Architect to join our team and work on a high-load fintech project for an internationally acclaimed multi-asset broker.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and visionary QA Architect to lead our quality engineering strategy and technical direction. You will bridge the gap between development, operations, and testing teams — designing robust, scalable automation frameworks, embedding quality early in the SDLC, and mentoring engineering talent to foster a quality-first culture.
What you'll do:
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and strategies for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Integrate automated testing and robust quality gates seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish design principles and frameworks for performance, load, security, and scalability testing.
• Define and enforce organization-wide testing standards, metrics, and best practices aligned with security and industry compliance.
• Coach and mentor intermediate and junior Quality Engineers/SDETs on advanced automation techniques, design patterns, and testability.
• Track KPIs and test analytics to measure testing effectiveness, coverage, and areas for process optimization.
What we're looking for:
• Deep proficiency with modern test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, Appium).
• Strong working knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and cloud-based testing infrastructure.
• Solid programming/scripting background in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Solid understanding of AI principles, along with AI guards and MCP.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication abilities.
• Professional testing certifications such as ISTQB Advanced/Expert Level would be considered an advantage.
