We are looking for a rockstar Technical Recruiter to join our HR Team!

This role will give you a strong experience in full cycle recruitment expertise for a broad spectrum of technical positions. Our new team member will effectively utilize existing recruitment tools and applications, and provide innovative ideas to create and deploy approaches to recruitment and candidate selection.
The role is fast paced, dynamic and highly consultative requiring a high proficiency in multi-tasking, proactive thinking and written and verbal English-communication.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organize and conduct interviews.
  • Manage applicant flow from internal and external postings within our applicant tracking platform.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Managers, Team Leaders, Hiring Managers, presenting the candidate to them all, and help them guide and fulfill hiring needs.
  • Source both active and passive candidates utilizing creative strategies and techniques.
  • Provide innovative ideas to create and deploy best in class approaches to recruitment and candidate selection.


  • Experience in technical recruitment for at least 2 years.

  • Good analytical skills and attention to details.

  • Ability to work with information search.

  • Researching skills of job seekers in social networks, LinkedIn, Github.

  • Desire to develop in recruitment, try new search tools.

  • Proficient English, effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
