• 1.1. Development and implementation of the company's sales strategy.
    1.2. KPI: achieve weekly\monthly KPI.
    1.3. Building long-term partnerships with customers.
    1.4. Formation and development of customer base.
    1.5. Negotiations and business correspondence.
    1.6. Collection and analysis of market information.
    1.7. Monitoring and control over sales channels.
    1.8. Creating a professional sales team.
    1.9. Planning and ordering of questions in the sales Department;
    1.10. Development and implementation of a strategy to increase brand share in the market.
    1.11. Regular sales reporting.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5+ years' of relevant work experience in the mobile phone sales
  • Based in Belarus.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English language (Chinese would be a plus)
