Technical Support Engineer

Targetprocess is a flat and agile company of 100 people who work on Targetprocess — a software tool to visualize and manage Agile projects according to Scrum, Kanban or a custom approach. Now we are expanding the team of implementation specialists in Minsk office.

Tasks:

• Targetprocess configuration via UI and Javascript-based automation rules

• Interactions with customers

• Issue Level Integration configuration via UI and JS-based rules

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills

• English: Upper intermediate

• Focus on customer needs

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript

• Agile project management tools familiarity (JIRA)

• Knowledge of Agile methodology. Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus
