Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To support staff to plan & organize travel (visas, accommodation, transport)
  • Scheduling & organising appointments, meetings, teleconferences; support on meeting rooms arrangements
  • Meet & greet visitors, communicate with the reception and the staff
  • Assist getting required signatures on agreements
  • Management of data/document registry and archive
  • Coordinate messenger and courier service, receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Fax, scan, copy documents and maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, technical and office needs, ensure office equipment is properly maintained & serviced
  • Assist with event planning & organizing with HR
  • Assist to HR department

Requirements:

MS Office and Excel proficiency

English upper-intermediate level

Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skill

Conditions:

  • Official employment from the first working day
  • Modern office in the center of Minsk (Nemiga)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 till 18:00 (1 hour break)
