Product owner

Runa Systems is looking for a Product Owner who will be heading the development of one of our key products.

You will drive the development of:

• Reporting Module that provides a convenient way to create and maintain the reports both internal and for the regulators
• The risk control module provides a real-time overview and detailed information about the consolidated trading positions of all clients
• Various APIs (including high load) that provide data to the web sites and other consumers

What we expect from you:

• 3+ years of experience in product ownership Agile/ Scrum product environments

• University degree in Business/ Economics/ Finance /IT
• Experience within the Financial/ Forex/ Investment Solutions area and track record of owning the product
• Ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good leadership skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Proficient in oral and written English

Responsibilities:

• Leading strategic agenda and vision for a product
• Owning product roadmap, high-level prioritization of product backlog and solving cross-area prioritization issues
• Following metrics and interpreting them towards successful OKRs (including product profitability and customer satisfaction)
• Communicating to stakeholders and other internal departments (Compliance, Sales and support, Legal)
• Being accountable for the product development process, risk assessment, regulatory compliance
