Heads up! *instinctools is looking for a candidate on position of a Middle Account Manager to work as a part of our professional team and solve new challenges!

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships at senior level with key accounts;

  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business goals;

  • Manage communication flow with major stakeholders;

  • Monitor client satisfaction, collecting both – informal & structured feedbacks.

  • Provide leadership to the dev team of up to 20+ members;

  • Present client vision to the delivery team and vice versa;

  • Identify decision makers and opportunities for account growth;

  • Provide leadership to the client at key points during the delivery.

What we expect:

  • Fluent English ( both spoken and written); Upper Intermediate or Advanced knowledge of German will be a huge plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in the role of Account Manager or respective roles (E.g. Sales Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Project Manager)

  • Great motivation to grow as Account Manager;

  • Good analytical skills, attention to details, ability to manage large volumes of information;

  • Ability to manage effectively ups & downs;

  • Strong communication skills, accountability & responsiveness;
