Apalon is looking for a creative and motivated Growth Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong culture of data-root HADI growth cycle.

• Constantly come up and experiment with growth ideas for all steps of AARRR funnel.

• Help the team to summarize and learn from conducted experiments.

• Push the team to run cross-functional growth experiments on a regular basis.

• Work with data to generate break-through quantitative, qualitative, and competitive insights.

• Contribute towards research around product and feature positioning for new audience segments.

• Set and supervise the process of launching marketing tactics for re-engaging users with (but not limited to) in-app, push, e-mail campaigns, paid marketing to grow user base.

Requirements:

• Understanding of monetization and growth with the ability to run growth backlog

• Assist in managing growth roadmap, ensure solid A/B testing backlog. Run A/B tests, make data-driven decisions and share results with a broad team

• Develop & review - jointly with product managers - high-level product growth

• strategy & vision for apps, franchises, product verticals along with product & growth roadmaps

• Co-operate with the development team, designers, marketing manager (UA, ASO) and support to define our next growth points.

• Prioritize product & growth projects and initiatives and align them with business
