Finance Manager

Supply Chain Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The business partnering to Belarus Supply Chain function, including all streams under country and regional ICSC set-up.
• Cost leadership support while managing financial aspects of manufacturing, logistics, CDO, Procurement.
• Plan, track, analyze and control operating cost in respective areas.
• Maintain and support capital expenditure projects management.
• Support delivery of ICSC business plan.
• Support inventory management: finished goods, pallets, raw material and spare parts.
• Managing SC Finance staff and team capabilities development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Organizational skills, responsibility, communication skills, stress resistance, desire to grow and develop;
• Higher economic or technical education;
• Advanced PC user: Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), SAP;
• Knowledge of English at Intermediate level.
