Who we’re looking for:

We're looking for an Account Manager, who likes to build relationships with the company's customers. The main task of the Account Manager is to be a link between the client and our teams

What you will do:

  • To build long-term and trusting relationships with clients

  • Analyze the current and required resources for the clients

  • Understand clients needs and resolve conflict cases

  • Find and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts

  • Gather and work with the feedback from a customer

  • Analyze projects profitability

  • Upsell and cross-sell (based on bonuses system)

  • Invoicing and managing the payments

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years of experience at the same position

  • Excellent English writing and spoken skills (at least Upper-Intermediate level)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to carefully listen

  • Analytical skills

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and product lifecycle

  • Deep understanding of customers business goals

  • Experience with creating strong relationships with clients

  • Energy and enthusiasm for your work!
