Itransition’s Internet Marketing team is looking for a Senior Content Creator / Assistant Editor, who will be cooperating with Chief Editor on our company-wide content marketing strategy while also contributing well-written and well-researched original articles.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperate in creating and delivering our global content marketing strategy;
- Coordinate and brief the team of in-house and freelance copywriters;
- Set content creation tasks on a monthly basis in line with our editorial policy;
- Provide both substantial editing and proofreading, reviewing submitted content for grammar, accuracy, readability, and compliance with our editorial guidelines and brand voice;
- Create in-depth research-based content (blog posts, landing pages, case studies, guest posts, etc.), targeting C-level business decision-makers;
- Liaise with graphic designers regarding content illustration;
- Manage a busy workload according to deadlines.
Requirements:
- A degree in Journalism, Communication, English or related field;
- 2+ years of working experience as an Editor in the niche of Information Technologies, with a relevant writing/editing portfolio;
- Proven experience of managing copywriting teams;
- Excellent command of the English language, preferably demonstrated with an international English proficiency test (IELTS, CAE/CPE, or equivalent);
- A working knowledge of content management systems;
- Proven familiarity with SEO;
- A great attention to detail.
