We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager who will join the team to progress and achieve great results together!
Launch and manage advertising campaigns on various paid marketing channels;
Analyze data to optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI targets;
Develop campaigns aimed at optimisation of the company's interaction with customers;
Work closely with the design team on creative assets, and Marketing and PR team as needed to improve performance;
Test new advertising channels to find additional qualified sources of traffic;
Gather analytics of advertising campaigns and attracted users;
Plan and control budgets and results for relevance to objectives.
2+ years of experience in B2B marketing
Experience with data analytics and campaign optimization
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to run and manage projects independently
Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and ability to multitask
