We’re looking for a candidate for the position of Lead generation Team Lead to work as a part of our Business Development Department.

What will you do:

  • End-to-end management of the lead gen team: interviewing, onboarding, tracking performance, mentoring;

  • Search for potential clients on the Web (Lead generation);

  • Present the company and its services to potential customers;

  • Business correspondence;

  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects;

  • Development and maintenance of business relationships;

  • Analysis of market;

  • Support in other marketing and sales activities;

  • No cold calling.

What we expect from the ideal candidate:

  • Having knowledge of the IT sector with 1+ years of experience in Sales/Lead generation;

  • Active user of social/professional networks and Lead Generation channels;

  • Fluent English is a must (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced);

  • Fast learner and passionate about sales;

  • Strong skills in Business English;

  • Self-motivated, result-driven personality;

  • Stress resistance, readiness to routine work;

  • Team player;

  • Ability to work with a large amount of information, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
